Our outdoor arena is coming along. We do have additional work we want to do to it, but we are using it and it is definitley a nice addition to our facilities.
At 150'x250' it is big enough for quite a few uses. It has:
- roping boxes with a cattle chute
- holding pens and return alleys
- elevated announcers/scorers booth
So far, we have been using it for training purposes, weekly roping practices, and a series of ACTRA sanctioned Team Ropings.
We will be adding additional events as we have time. Let us know what type of events or practices you would like to see us holding here. The arena and the outdoor round pen are available for riding or working your horse--just check with us first for a time that works. We try to be flexible.
