The organizers reserve the right to:
- cancel, combine or divide any division or class
- alter the course, advertised times or officials if necessary
- refuse any entry
- require withdrawal of any entry (without refund) on the
advice of the Veterinarian and/or Ground Jury
- use their discretion in matters not specified in the
rules
All competitors are encouraged to inspect the cross-country
course after 3:00 p.m. Friday. If a competitor has a question
regarding specifics of the course he/she should call it to the
attention of the organizer for clarification. Competitors are
welcome to walk the course during the day Saturday—only
electric vehicles will be allowed on the grounds other than
official vehicles.
The Official Bulletin Board will be located near the show
office.
We have added Hopeful level for our April 2007 Derbies, and also Grasshopper
level for the July, August and September Derbies. We hope everyone will enjoy their
new jumps. We want to support beginning riders and horses so that they can learn and
improve and prepare to move up to recognized USEA competition levels.
Schooling opportunities are available at Happ's. Please call ahead to reserve your desired dates.
The cross-country course officially closes April 29, and no schooling will be allowed after
that date, for people competing in the Happ's Horse Trials being
held May 26-27, 2007.
