| All competitors are encouraged to participate in the official
course walk. This is your opportunity to become familiar with the course and may prevent
errors during the event. If a competitor has a question regarding specifics of the course he/she should call it to the attention of the Technical Delegate for clarification and/or adjustment at this
time. The Marathon course covers flat pasture and timber, may be bumpy, and includes water crossings. Competitors are also welcome to walk the course on their own at other times.
Other than official vehicles, only electric vehicles will be allowed on the marathon course. Exception: Prior to the event, competitors may request approval by the organizer for a gas-powered golf cart, scooter, or specially adapted vehicle.
The Official Bulletin Board will be located near the show office.
Competitors will have the opportunity Saturday afternoon/evening to discuss their Saturday performance with the officials. We hope they can then make adjustments to their driving on Sunday for improved performances.
If you must bring your dog, it is to be tied at all
times.
No dogs are allowed in the barn or office. Loose dog fine is $25 per dog per infraction.
Be sure your entry form is complete, including a copy of your ADS card if you have not already submitted it for the calendar year, as incomplete entries will be placed on the waiting list. Please include your e-mail address, if you have one, on the entry as that seems to be our most efficient means of communication.
First time drivers, or anyone having questions about the event, may contact Organizer/Event Secretary Maureen Harkcom at 360-978-5064 office, 360-978-4562 home or maureen@happs-inc.com
