In addition to the TREC rules the following house rules apply:

  1. Helmets are mandatory at all times for anyone on a cart or carriage. Provide your own helmets.
  2. Medical armbands are required at all times for anyone on a cart or carriage. ADS armbands are available for purchase with entry and at the show office.
  3. Safety checklist must be turned in during Phase One ~ Safety Check.
  4. Competitors are responsible for being certain their harness and vehicle are in good repair and horse(s) fit.
  5. Singles over 11 hands must carry a navigator during all phases. Navigator is optional for singles 11 hands and under. Pairs and multiples must carry appropriate grooms/navigators in all phases.
  6. Competitors may compete more than one turnout.
  7. Dogs must be tied, penned, or on a leash, and under control at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the barn. A fine of $25 will be imposed for each infraction of this rule.

The organizers reserve the right to:
  • cancel, combine or divide any division or class
  • alter the course, advertised times or officials if necessary
  • refuse any entry
  • require withdrawal of any entry (without refund) deemed unsafe, or for violating rules
  • use their discretion in matters not specified in the rules

You must enclose an Happ's Waiver (if one is not already on file) for your entry to be considered complete. Early or incomplete entries will be placed on the waiting list. Please include your e-mail address, if you have one, as that is our most efficient means of communication.
