| All competitors are encouraged to participate in the official
course walk. This is your opportunity to become familiar with the course and may prevent
errors during the event. If a competitor has a question regarding specifics of the course he/she should call it to the attention of the Technical Delegate for clarification and/or adjustment at this
time. The Marathon course covers flat pasture and timber, may be bumpy, and includes water crossings. Competitors are welcome to walk the course on their own during the day on Friday.
Other than official vehicles, only electric vehicles will be allowed on the marathon course. Exception: Prior to the event, competitors may request approval by the organizer for a gas-powered golf cart, scooter, or specially adapted vehicle.
The Official Bulletin Board will be located near the show office.
If you must bring your dog, it is to be tied at all
times.
No dogs are allowed in the barn or office. Loose dog fine is $25 per dog per infraction.
Be sure your entry form is complete, including a copy of your ADS card, as incomplete entries may be placed on the waiting list. Complete/correct entries postmarked by May 15, 2008 will be entered in a special drawing. Please include your e-mail address, if you have one, on the entry as that seems to be our most efficient means of communication.
