Happ's officially closed in October 2011.

I went out of state for a brief time and then came home to the hills, trees and water of southwest Washington that I love. I moved in with my youngest son while I figured out what to do, then bought a piece of property and built a fabulous new home with lots of room for big gatherings of family and friends and I have a "piece of heaven" backyard. My home is in a quiet valley with "going to town" being just a short, peaceful drive through agricultural land. I am clearing brush, putting up a chicken house and green house, establishing yard and garden and building fences and a shed to accommodate some beef and a horse or two.

It feels so good to be home with family and friends.

I am looking forward to a little traveling and some consulting here in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. My life is on a roll, and I am enjoying a peace I have not had in years.
